I offer various forms of therapy:

Individual therapy/counselling
Usually individual challenges are best dealt with within a relationship context. However, some things are better discussed individually or it may be your preference to seek individual counselling.

Relationship therapy/couple’s counselling as a journey of discovery
For couples who wish to deepen their relationship.

Relationship therapy/couple’s counselling during difficulties
When both partners have a desire to work at the challenging side of their relationship. Often things aren’t running that smoothly anymore, perhaps arguments are escalating or individual challenges are having their effect on the relationship, etc.
